THE WORKSHOP

Have you ever thought about what might happen if you needed to be admitted to a hospital and didn’t have the capacity to make decisions regarding your medical care for some reason? Do you have views or preferences about what medical treatments you would choose to accept or decline that you would want known?

Advance care planning (ACP) is a process that supports you at any age or stage of health in understanding and sharing your  personal values, life goals, and preferences regarding current and future medical care. The goal of ACP is to help ensure that you receive medical care that is consistent with your values, goals, and preferences.

Advance Care Planning week was 20-26th March 2023 and the CoVision Health Team would like to invite you to attend our third online workshop to learn a bit more about the process and how you can prepare and document your wishes in your own ACP.

We kindly ask for a contribution of $10 per family to attend, to show your appreciation for the time it takes to organise and continue to offer health and well-being opportunities to our CoVision members.

Please ensure you book soon to secure your spot, as you will be sent the link to attend the event after payment. Bookings close 22nd May 2023, and tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by CoVision, you will receive a full refund.

NB: We do understand that time and life can get away from us in our busy lives, and that means we may forget appointments we make. All registrants will receive a reminder about the on-line workshop, 24 hours before, and we ask that you would please add this to your calender. Our Workshops take much time and planning, and our no-refund policy will apply if you forget to attend.
