Health Habits Workshop - Presented by Sharda Sethi

PILLAR ONE: Food, Nutrition & Diet

You will learn the basics that you need to make your journey with food a healthy one. One that nourishes you & helps you remove or swap the questionable items that can promote illness. Some of the topics covered will be the acid / alkaline ratio, how to recognise harmful additives, what foods to avoid, healthy pantry swaps & why eating organic is important & how to transition towards it.

PILLAR TWO: Chemicals & Toxins

You will have your eyes opened wide to the innumerable toxins we are all exposed to on a daily basis. This awareness, along with the alternative options presented to you, will help you get rid of these toxins & ease the toxic load on your body. This is a very important step towards healing your body & having the best health outcomes moving forward.

This is key to healing your body & you don’t want to miss this one. This pillar covers the different ways you can help your body get rid of toxins accumulated in the past & on a regular basis going forward so that your body can work efficiently & effectively.

PILLAR FOUR: Mental & Emotional Wellbeing

There is lots of research & studies available now which prove how our state of mind can directly impact our health outcomes. Some of the topics covered will be stress & it’s effects on the body, ways to improve our body’s stress response, self-care, exercise & it’s role, energy economy, sleep routines, spirituality & faith, different therapies which can be effective & daily practices which can help you anchor into your inner world & help you heal your body.
